PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic sheet structure and a printed circuit board structure having electrical conducting function which attain higher design flexibility, smaller size and weight, and reduction in cost. SOLUTION: A silicon rubber sheet 10 is supported by a fixing member 20, and a wiring group 30 is embedded in the middle portion of the sheet 10. The wiring group 30 has a contact function. Terminals of the wiring group 30 are brought to one site and extend downward to be connected to a printed circuit board 24. The printed circuit board 24 thus need not have an area large enough to entirely cover the range of arrangement of rubber contacts 14.
