PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely write information to a recording medium after interruption by appropriating control of interruption and restart for continuing information writing to the writable recording medium so as to reduce the effect of misdetection. SOLUTION: In writing information onto a recording medium 2, a write control means 4 specifies a write interrupt condition and temporarily interrupts write operations of the information to the recording medium 2 when the interrupt condition is satisfied. The control means 4 specifies a restart condition for restarting the write operations for continuing information writing after that depending on the interrupt condition and restarts writing of the information onto the recording medium 2 when the restart condition is satisfied.
