PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road tunnel information providing device capable of rapidly providing disaster information or escape instruction to road users in the occurrence of a fire in a road turnnel. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an FM receiving means 28 for receiving FM broadcast wave with road information multiplied thereon and outputting an FM receiving signal; a disaster information generating means 22 for generating disaster information in the occurrence of a disaster in the road tunnel; an FM multiple modulation means 24 for generating a disaster FM signal in which the disaster information is multiplied as road information; and a signal switching means 25 for generally outputting the FM receiving signal and outputting the disaster FM signal in the occurrence of the disaster, and an antenna 31 for transmitting an output signal from the signal switching means 25 into the road turnnel.
