<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for ocean wind power generation to support a power generation unit to perform the ocean wind power generation on the ocean by solving problems that underwater works are largely increased during the execution, the construction cost is increased, the reinforcement is necessary considering the effect of waves, and the material cost is increased. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting device for ocean wind power generation comprises a stay part in which a plurality of steel pipes are connected to each other to form an assembly, and a power generating unit is installed on a top part, a jacket structure as a foundation structure which is fixed to the predetermined position by driving piles into the sea bed, and a splice plate to connect the stay part to the jacket structure by fixing a rear end part to an inner circumferential surface of an upper end part of the jacket structure to fit a lower end part of the stay part to a tip part of the lowering stay part.
