<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical dimension-measuring device capable of measuring the dimensions accurately even if a light source having fluctuation is adopted. <P>SOLUTION: The optical dimension measuring device is equipped with a through hole 31 in which a ductilely rolled wire W is inserted in the center of a plate 30, a measuring part consisting of a light projection part 32 and reception part 33 arranged opposing with the through hole 31 located in between, and a dimension calculation part C, wherein the light reception part 33 has a CCD line sensor 1 in which the aspect ratio of each light reception element 1a ranges 30-60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
