PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor operated valve allowing the precise determination of a valve position by accurately mounting a valve body and a coil portion, preventing the looseness of the coil portion and securing alignment and co- alignment of a valve opening position as the performance of the motor operated valve. SOLUTION: The motor operated valve comprises a case 1, a cover body 9 mounted on the case 1, a joint 10 mounted on the cover body 9, a valve seat 8 arranged in the cover body 9, and an electric motor mounted in the case 1 for opening or closing the valve, wherein a bracket 19 is mounted on the lower end face of the cover body.
