PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass protector whose fitting work is simple and crime preventive property is high and by which one can escape safely in a fire. SOLUTION: The glass protector reinforces the surrounding strength of a locking device 2 of a glass door 1 to prevent the locking device 2 from being unlocked by breakage of the glass face 1a. A transparent adhesive layer 4 is formed on the rear face of a transparent resin plate 3 forming a rectangular shape having 3 mm in plate thickness, and about 100 mm in the longitudinal and lateral length.
