<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent intensity-measuring method and a fluorescent intensity-measuring apparatus that can observe the migration state of a sample as an image in a wide visual field range, can efficiently measure fluorescent intensity, and can miniaturize the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging optical system of an observation image-imaging section and the detection optical system of fluorescent intensity in a fluorescent intensity measurement section are arranged oppositely with a microchip in between, and the illumination light of an imaging optical system and that of a detection optical system are alternately applied to the microchip at a specific interval for sampling an observation image and measuring the fluorescent intensity to the illumination timing of each illumination light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
