<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide educational service enabling development of practical application ability by supplementing the amount of conversation which is insufficient in the conventional stereotyped lessons only. <P>SOLUTION: The educational service providing method is provided with a step to generate a table for a free-talking classroom in a connection destination table 20 provided in a multi-media communication server 10, a step to register an instructor terminal capable of dealing with the generated table, a step to receive an entry request from a participant terminal, a step to register the participant terminal at the table when a vacant seat is available in the free-talking classroom, a step to receive an terminating request from the participant terminal, and a step to delete from the table the participant terminal whose terminating request is received, thus a free-talking service to which a user has free access is provided. A step to notify a vacant seat at the table, a step to set up a waiting room where the participant waits for a vacant seat in the free-talking classroom, and a step to distribute a bulletin board indicating free-talking classrooms being opened, etc., are also included. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
