<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect abnormality or failure by grasping a whole control system without making it necessary to model the self-diagnosing function or history information of the equipment itself. <P>SOLUTION: A data collecting/storing part 11 successively collects controlled variables Y (20Y) and manipulated variables U (20U) corresponding to the controlled variables from a control system, and stores them as time-sequential data 21, and a data processing part 12 processes the time-sequential data 21 to generate processed data 22. A correlation value calculating part 13 successively calculates a correlation value 23 for each of the combination of processed data 22Y of the controlled variables Y and processed data 22U of the manipulated variables U, and an abnormality judging part 14 judges the presence of absence of abnormality based on equivalence associated with a series of correlation values calculated for each combination, and outputs abnormality information 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
