摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintering auxiliary material in which, when electrodes are formed on a glass board by an electrophotography, adhesive properties of the board to the electrode can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The coating sintering auxiliary material 10 comprises particles having a mean particle size of 0.1 to 20μm made of a metal or an alloy having a melting point of a transition point or less of the glass board, and thermoplastic resin layers coating the particles. The method for forming the electrode pattern comprises the steps of mixing the coating sintering auxiliary material 10 with coating electrode particles 22 obtained by coating the metal or the alloy particles with the thermoplastic resin layer to form a developer, and printing a predetermined pattern on the board 20 by using the developer by the electrophotography. The method further comprises the steps of heating to sinter the pattern so that the auxiliary material 10 and the resin layers of the particles 22 are decomposed and vanished, the particles in the auxiliary material 10 are melted and the particles in the particles 22 are sintered. Then, the metal or the alloy of the molten auxiliary material 10 is operated as a sintering auxiliary material to improve the adhesive properties of the board 20 to the electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p>
