PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To aim at improving a dimension, shape accuracy and strength in the neighborhood of an excessive displacement prevention part. SOLUTION: The base part 13a has the excessive displacement prevention part 23 in which a plate thickness dimension is formed in a thinner dimension than the plate thickness dimension of the base part 13 by coining processing so that an excessive displacement is prevented in the displacement direction of a contact spring part 13c, and in the excessive displacement prevention part 23, a slit 25 to release an excessive thickness 23a of the thick wall part of the excess displacement prevention part 23 generated in the coining processing is formed.
