PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device capable of attaining faster photographing by providing a certificate picture photographing device with a simplified function for a machine operation guide procedure. SOLUTION: An image forming device, that is the photographing device, is characterized in that the photographing operation guide procedure of the certificate picture photographing device is made selectable by a selection mode, selection of the type of a picture is displayed for each purpose of use and the size of a face picture can be changed by a data server connected to a network.
