PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable inexpensive and easy manufacture of a vibration isolating device in which a first elastic bushing is fitted to a first cylindrical part of a fixture having the first cylindrical part at one end of a connection part and a second cylindrical part with an orientation different from that of the first cylindrical part at the other end, while a second elastic bushing is fitted to the second cylindrical part. SOLUTION: In this vibration isolating device in which the first rubber bushing 12 is fitted to the first cylindrical part 28 of the fixture 11 constituted with the first cylindrical part 28 on one end and the second cylindrical part 30 with an orientation different from that by 90 degrees on the other end which are connected to each other with the connection part 12 and the second rubber bushing 14 is fitted to the second cylindrical part 30, the connection part 32 is constituted having a board-state connecting body part 38 and a pair of side board parts 40 bent from the both ends in its width direction, and the first cylindrical part 28, the second cylindrical part 30 and the connection part 32 are formed by plastic working of a piece of sheet metal without a seam.
