PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a rotation detector for detecting the rotating speed of wheels to control an antilock brake system or others, preventing the lowering of the accuracy of detecting the rotating speed. SOLUTION: A supporting ring 3 having a pulser ring 4 is fixed to the edge of an inner ring 21 concentrically with the inner ring 21 and a sensor 5 is provided with a detection part opposed to the pulser ring 4 for changing an output signal with a change in property of the pulser ring 4. The supporting ring 3 comprises a fixed piece 31 pressed in the face of the inner ring 21 opposite to a fixed ring and an abutment piece 32 and a rising piece 33 alternately bent at the edge of the fixed piece 31 inward and outward in the radial direction, the former abutting on an end face 21b of the inner ring 21 and the latter rising on the fixed ring side.
