<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring apparatus using a storage camera. <P>SOLUTION: The monitoring apparatus utilizes a high sensitivity camera and detects motion information of an image so as to correct blurs of each image part thereby obtaining a monitoring video image even at night. Concretely the monitoring apparatus receives a video image of the storage type high sensitivity camera, uses image processing to calculate motion information of the image by means of an optical flow, corrects blurs while segmenting the area of the same flow, and applies write processing of the blur-corrected image to the original image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
