<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent intensity-measuring method for accurately measuring change characteristics with time in fluorescence intensity without being affected by background noise, and a fluorescent intensity-measuring apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A region having a specific size in set to a specific position in a capillary image that is imaged by an image-imaging section, the image of fluorescent light that is emitted by a sample is sampled by applying excitation light to a sample that migrates in the capillary, and the average value of the fluorescent light within the region is calculated, thus measuring the characteristics of time-fluorescent intensity due to the average value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
