PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-reciprocal circuit element in which further height reduction and miniaturization can be realized without short-circuiting a capacitor or central conductor assembly. SOLUTION: Insulating coatings 3d and 2b are formed in respective areas facing the lateral sides of capacitors 7a and 7b by the inner walls of a lower yoke 3 and an upper yoke 2, and the lateral sides of the capacitors 7a and 7b are abutted to the inner walls of the lower yoke 3 and the upper yoke 2 via the insulating coatings 3d and 2b. On the inner bottom board of the lower yoke 3, a positioning pattern 3e for positioning the capacitors 7a and 7b and a central conductor assembly 6 is formed from the insulating coatings.
