PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water pooled in a waste water tank from spilling from the tank, with simple structure. SOLUTION: In this air conditioner having a waste water tank 27 for pooling condensed water generated in an evaporator 15 and detachably attached to a main body 1, a cover 28 having an opening portion 29 for draining is attached on an upper surface of the waste water tank 27, and an inclined plate 30 whose leading end portion 30a is positioned more upward than the high water level of the waste water tank 27 is formed under the opening portion 29.
