PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide systems and methods for preparing a record of an event based on images from a plurality of image capture devices. SOLUTION: One embodiment of a system 1 has a plurality of image capture devices in particular and an image collection server. The plurality of image capture devices can be arranged over an area related to an event to be recorded. Each of the plurality of image capture devices is configured to communicate with a first communication network and can be configured to capture one or more images of the event to be recorded, and to provide an electronic representation of one or more images to the first communication network. The image collection server is configured to communicate with the first communication network and can be configured to receive an electronic representation of one or more images of an event provided by one of the plurality of image capture devices.
