PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize temperatures of a turbine rotor. SOLUTION: A cooling medium supplied from cooling medium supply pipes 25 flows into a space A as a cooling medium passage via a clearance between rotors disks 50a and 50b. The cooling medium supplied into the space A is led to spaces B to D via clearances between spindle bolts 60 and bolt holes 62, and in this process, warms and cools the rotor disks 50a to 50d. The rotor disk 50b of a second stage has a cooling medium passing hole 70 axially through the rotor disk 50b about the center thereof. The cooling medium flowing into the space A flows into the space B also via the cooling medium passing hole 70 to promote convection in the spaces A to D and promote the temperature evenness of the rotor disk 50b, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
