PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder using pneumatic pressure for driving force and momentarily generating high thrust which a pneumatic cylinder of the same diameter can not generate. SOLUTION: The cylinder comprises a piston 1 moved forward and backward by pneumatic pressure, a piston 2 moved forward by the piston 1 but not moved backward unless lock is released and a piston 3 moving forward and backward together with the piston 1 and taking out as thrust a high hydraulic pressure generated by the piston 1.
