PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for jointing and fixing a blade installed on a rotor disc (1) of an axial compressor in the peripheral direction. SOLUTION: This device includes a means of positioning and fixing a plurality of blades (10, 10') positioned with an arrangement along the periphery of rotor discs (1) and are provided with shaped roots (13) formed so as to be respectively jointed to the rotor discs (1), at a prescribed position in the peripheral-direction seat part (3) having a formed outline and formed along the periphery of the rotor discs (1). At least one insertion slot (4) crosses the peripheral-direction seat part (3), to permit the insertion of the root (13) of the blades (10, 10') and the positioning and fixing means.
