PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device which restrains degradation of pump performance by reducing wear and damage to a blade, and conveys a friable and fragile solid material without breakage. SOLUTION: A pump body 31 having a pump chamber 32 of which the one side part is swollen and formed toward a center from a periphery opens a body suction port 33 at one side center part mating with a swelling top part of the pump chamber 32, and a body discharge port 35 at an outer peripheral part. A rotating shaft 37 is inserted in the center part of the pump chamber 32 from the center part on the other side of the pump body 31, and an outer side disc 38 in a disc shape rotated by the rotating shaft 37 is disposed at the opposite side to the body suction port 33 in the pump chamber 32. An inclined inner side disc 41 provided with a suction opening 42 meeting the body suction port 33 is disposed at the most distant center part from the outer side disc 38 on a side provided with the body suction port 33 in the pump chamber 32 to be integrated and rotated with the outer side disc 38.
