PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel carburetion promoting device which performs atomization in a cold start, promote carburetion, reduces deposition of fuel on an inner wall surface of an intake pipe, improves the startability and the fuel consumption of an internal combustion engine for a car, and controls the exhaust emission. SOLUTION: The fuel 24 is uniformly diffused over a heat transfer surface 76 to effectively promote carburetion by forming small grooves 201 of the shape that the fuel 24 is diffused by the surface tension between the heat transfer surface 76 and the fuel 24 on the heat transfer surface 76 in the fuel carburetion promoting device 100 having a fuel injection valve 13 on the upstream side of an intake collecting pipe 11.
