PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute working under a working condition suitable for a working load in a numerical controller having a control signal generating part for generating a control signal for controlling a motor for working a work by a tool. SOLUTION: At the time of working a work under a command working condition that the acceleration/deceleration time is 100 [m/min], the highest speed is 20 [m/min], and the stop time is 2 [sec], when the temperature of a work or a tool acquired by a temperature monitor part exceeds a predetermined threshold, a working condition changing part judges that the working load is large, and inputs a real working condition that the acceleration/ deceleration time is 200 [m/sec], the highest speed is 10 [m/min], and the stop time is 4 [sec] which is obtained by changing each value of the command working condition to a command arithmetic part.
