摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hygroscopic method and a hygroscopic apparatus for accurately measuring moisture. SOLUTION: Vapor 200 that is sampled by a vapor introduction section 500 is irradiated with laser beams, and fluorescence in a molecule to be measured in the vapor 200 irradiated with laser beams is extracted. Then, based on the extraction result of fluorescence, the concentration of a molecule to be measured is measured. Then, based on the concentration measurement result, moisture contained in the vapor 200 is calculated. The molecule to be measured emits fluorescence when laser beams are applied, and using the first and second laser beams is effective to extract the fluorescence. In this case, the first laser beams should have a wavelength that is the same as that of fluorescence being generated by the molecule to be measured.
