摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose an inductance sensing circuit high in accuracy despite its simplified structure for the embodiment of a low cost position sensor. SOLUTION: The position sensor has two coils and a magnetic body or a conductor whose position relative to at least one of the coils is changed for a change in inductance; an emitter coupled oscillation circuit wherein the coils are connected as loads to the collectors of two transistors with the collectors directly cross-coupled to the bases and with the emitters coupled by a capacitor, or an oscillation circuit which is a hysteresis equipped inverting amplifier having two circuits between the input and output ends, wherein coils and diodes connected in series with the diode directions inverted are connected in parallel, with capacitors connected to the input and output ends; or the like.
