<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new biosensor having a physical structure used to control a flow of a liquid in a small volume passing the biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: The biosensor comprises a support and a cover which is extended so as to cross at least a part of the support and which has a first surface and a second surface facing the support.
