<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility and usability of real time information for a user by maintaining the display contents of a main window and selecting information to be monitored by the user in a sub-window in simultaneously monitoring a plurality of pieces of information fluctuating in real time. <P>SOLUTION: This real time information monitoring device comprises: a main window display means for displaying real time information selected by a user in real time in a main window having a wide display region for displaying real time information; and a sub-window display means for displaying the reduced real time information in real time within the display region of the main window or another window.
