PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To additionally register reproduction and edition information, such as bookmark time information of a live broadcast and jump destination information by downloading the reproduction and edition information from the outside after the broadcasting is finished regardless of even the live broadcast. SOLUTION: A television broadcasting video recording and reproducing device is provided with a function that obtains the bookmark time information and information on a condition to make a jump to which bookmark among a plurality of bookmarks from the outside.
