PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accurate measuring device for an electronic unit by ensuring contact between a probe and a holding member. SOLUTION: This measuring device for the electronic unit is equipped with a probe 4 comprising conductive material contactable with a wiring pattern 5 of the electronic unit 6, the holding member 1 for holding the probe 4, and biasing member 3 for biasing the probe 4 to the wiring pattern 5 side. After contact between the wiring pattern 5 and the probe 4, the electronic unit 6 side or the probe 4 side is moved so as to urge inclination of the probe 4. Consequently, the probe 4 can be brought forcibly into contact with the holding member 1 or the like, to thereby provide the accurate measuring device for the electronic unit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
