PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save not only heat energy but also electric power energy by improving the cooling and heating capabilities and to reduce the running cost in a heat pump-type air conditioner comprising an additionally mounted condenser. SOLUTION: In this heat pump-type air conditioner comprising the additionally mounted condenser, a condenser 2 is connected to a load side of an electromagnetic contactor 8 for a compressor, in parallel with a motor of the compressor.
