PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve speed changing precision by implementing smooth speed changing by bringing a shaft 84 to pivotally support speed change gears 87, 88 into a free rotating state by disengaging a clutch 116 at the time of speed change operation and certainly cutting off transmission driving force regardless of the speed change state (forward, neutral, backward). SOLUTION: This working vehicle comprises: a complex speed change mechanism 115 forming composite output of a hydraulic speed change mechanism 57 and a planetary gear mechanism 83 to transmit driving force of an engine 2; a composite output speed change mechanism 4a to change speed of the composite output in multiple stages; and a clutch 116 interposed between the complex and composite output speed change mechanisms 115, 4a.
