PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To forbid the performance of a singing process except singing (shutter noise, or the like) accompanied by camera operation in the course of camera operation in a camera-loaded portable communication terminal. SOLUTION: A camera-loaded cellular telephone 100 determines whether or not the singing process is applied to the shutter noise upon receiving instructions for performing the singing process in the course of continuous photographing operation. When determination finds that the singing process is applied to key touch sound (except a cancel key), or the like except the shutter noise, the performance of the singing process is forbidden.
