PURPOSE: A hand protector with elastic synthetic resins coupled to upper/lower fixed plates is provided to promote economical efficiency by reducing manufacturing expenses and installation expenses. CONSTITUTION: The hand protector contains an upper fixed plate(20) provided with a clamping bolt(22) projected from the center, a lower fixed plate(21) provided with a clamping nut(23) projected from the center and a double-sided adhesive pad(28) formed on the backside of the lower fixed plate(21), and elastic synthetic resins(24) provided with a groove(30) for passing the clamping bolt(22) and the clamping nut(23) of the fixed plates.
