The mail collector and protector consists of a case (1) with a spring-loaded lid (2), a handle (4) and a lock (5) that can be placed inside a standard mailbox (6) to receive any letters pushed in through the slot. After opening the door of the mail box the lid of the case can be closed and locked and the case taken to the home or office, where it can be opened privately or in conditions of security where suspect mail is concerned.
