<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arranging device which arranges and guides electronic and electric cords or the like, in the rear of a furniture for mounting electronic and electric apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: In a cord guiding part in the rear of a furniture 1 as a mounting stand or a mounting rack for electronic and electric apparatuses A, a plurality of holders 3 for winding and holding the electronic and electric cords 2 of the electronic and electric apparatuses A are installed in parallel at intervals.
