LIVING-BODY INFORMATION REGISTERING DEVICE, PERSONAL CERTIFICATION SYSTEM UTILIZING LIVING-BODY INFORMATION, AND LIVING-BODY INFORMATION REGISTERING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a living-body information registering device capable of reducing the cost for registering the living-body information without impairing the security by reducing the manpower necessary for excluding a person who falsely registers the living-body information by pretending to be anyone else.

SOLUTION: The living-body information registering device 1 photographs a face of a user before and after the reception of the input of the living-body information to decide whether the user is changed on the way or not. The inputted living-body information is registered only when it is decided that the user is not changed as a result of decision. As the check of the change of the user by an operator becomes unnecessary when registering the living-body information, the manpower for registering the living-information can be reduced, which reduces the cost for registration.
