<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously obtain images at a number of locations only by imaging from one direction even in each curved surface such as inner/outer sides by application to the acquisition of image information in a surface defect automatic inspection such as the outer surface, inner surface, inner bottom surface, end face, or the like of each kind of cylindrical component or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus simultaneously shoots an opening end face 10 of a subject 1, an outer surface 1a, and the like by photographing a cylindrical subject 1 from the open end face in the axial direction. The photographing apparatus comprises a conical mirror 2 for an outer surface that is in a conical shape having an inner diameter for surrounding the subject 1 while a reflection surface for projecting the outer surface of the subject 1 in a ring shape is formed on the inner-periphery surface, a lighting apparatus for lighting the outer surface of the subject 1, and an imaging apparatus 4 that is arranged at the open end face side of the subject 1 to collectively acquire an outer surface image of the subject that is projected to a reflection surface section and the open end face image of the subject. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
