PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure of a partition panel capable of performing construction without a gap even in the case of a wooden partition panel liable to deviate. SOLUTION: In this connecting structure of a partition panel 1, a face material is disposed on the surface and back of a body constructed in a square with a wooden skeleton. The panel 1 is erected between the ceiling surface and the floor surface, the adjacent partition panels 1 are connected in series to partition a designated area in a room. In order to form a very small gap between the adjacent partition panels 1, a dovetail and a joint rod are disposed between both partition panels 1, and a long cylindrical flexible packing 26 is pressed in the gap until it abuts on the joint rod.
