PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, even if the length of a handle is increased, an open/close door is prevented from coming into contact with the handle to avoid damage to both thereof and paint is prevented from peeling off when an engine is maintained and inspected with both an open/close cover and the open/close door opened. SOLUTION: The open/close door 12 is mounted on the side cover of a building 6, the open/close cover 13 is mounted on an upper cover, and a catch 20 is fitted between the open/close cover 13 and a cover contact/release part 15. The upper end of a division plate 50a is functioned as the stopper of a lever 32 to restrict the handle 34 so that the tip of the handle 34 does not lower below the upper end height position of the open/close door 12 by preventing the lever 32 of the catch 20 from tilting by a specified angle or more in the direction of the open/close door 12.
