PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction method and a denatured roofing suitable for it, capable of dispensing with heating, preventing the generation of smoke and malodor, preventing production of released paper waste, and closely fixing a roofing sheet to the bed in a very short time to exhibit perfect water-tightness.
