<p>The device (1) is used to rotate a drive shaft and comprises a first reel with a drive cord and gear-wheel, a second reel with a drive cord and gear-wheel, a first free-wheel gear-wheel located in between the two gear wheels for the reels and capable of engaging with both of these wheels in a first position, a second free-wheel gear-wheel located between the two gear wheels for the reels and capable of engaging with both of these wheels in a second position, and a drive shaft connected to the free-wheel gear-wheels. The free-wheels for the two free-wheel gear-wheels ensure that the drive shaft is rotated in a given direction and the second drive cord wound up around the second reel as the first drive cord is unwound from the first reel, and that the drive shaft is rotated in the same direction as the second drive cord and the first drive cord is wound-up during unwind of the second drive cord.
