<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the setting cost. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with a toll claim part 41 for claiming the toll by the radio communication between an on-vehicle apparatus 15 loaded on a vehicle 10 passing a road 5 and antennas 6 and 7 and a charging confirmation part 33 for confirming the success of charging of the toll by acquiring the vehicle number of the vehicle 10 by radio communication. The number of antennas 6 and 7 is smaller than the number of lanes of the road 5. The number of the antennas 6 and 7 are reduced, whereby the strength of a gantry for fixing the antennas 6 and 7 can be reduced, and the man-hour for adjusting the communication area of the antennas 6 and 7 can be minimized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
