<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a consumer from involuntarily purchasing a commodity not preferred to be used or stored in a combination with the commodity stored in a storage such as a refrigerator. <P>SOLUTION: An inventory control device 12 controls the inventory information showing the commodity stored in the refrigerator 11. The consumer 14 operates a user terminal 13 in a store 2 to obtain inventory information from the inventory control device 12. A store side system 21 examines whether or not there is any commodity of the commodities to be purchased that is not preferred to be used or stored in a combination with the commodity shown by the inventory information according to the commodity name of commodity to be purchased by the consumer 14 and the inventory information received by the user terminal 13.
