PURPOSE: A trouble checking apparatus for tube loop bending equipment is provided which is capable of promptly grasping the trouble and suggesting counter measures during troubling of the tube loop bending equipment by always online monitoring mechanical and electrical operating states of the tube loop bending equipment. CONSTITUTION: The trouble checking apparatus for tube loop bending equipment comprises a monitoring part(30) which is equipped with a bending data base part and transmits the bending data to the PLC by changing data stored in the bending data base part into bending data capable of performing actual work; an operating panel(20) for inputting data into the bending data base part; a PLC (programmable logic controller)(40) for controlling the driving part using the bending data transmitted from the monitoring part; a driving part(50) for performing operation by receiving control signals from the PLC and transmitting the misoperation signal to the monitoring part through the PLC by sensing signals of misoperation generated according to operation; and a checking part(60) comprising a trouble history database part(63) for storing types of troubles expected and troubles generated in the past in a tree shape, an inference part(62) for suggesting cause and countermeasure for the troubles by searching the trouble history database part to infer whether or not currently generated troubles are troubles of what kind of operation elements of what kind of portions based on the trouble signals received from the monitoring part, and an alarm database part(61) for storing information on the types of troubles and generating alarm signals according to the trouble signals.
