PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively manufacture a DNA chip and the like capable of being applied to an arbitrary scanner. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet for fixing a biological molecule has a sheet base material 2, an adhesive layer 3 laminated on one face of the sheet base material, and a resin layer laminated on the other face of the sheet base material. The resin layer is formed by coating a solution including amino alkyl alkoxy silane of a formula (I), and a film forming resin not gelated by the reaction with the amino alkyl alkoxy silane. In the formula (I), R' is 1-4C alkylene group, R'' is 1-4C alkyl group, R''' is 1-4C alkyl group, X is hydrogen or aminoalkyl group, (1-4C alkyl), and n is 0 or 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
