PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger eliminating the possibility of generating noise and a foreign matter by preventing vibration of a drying agent housing body inserted into header pipes. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger has a pair of mutually juxtaposed header pipes, the drying agent housing body inserted into at least one header pipe, and an annular support member having an inserting hole for inserting the drying agent housing body, and is characterized in that the drying agent housing body is composed of a cylindrical body having an opening part continuously extending in the lengthwise direction, and the drying agent housing body is fixed to the peripheral edge of the inserting hole of the support member.
