PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel which does not increase complexity or size of constitution of the flywheel and is provided with the constitution which prevents damage on a movable member and a guide zone. SOLUTION: This flywheel 100 has a flywheel body 101 in the shape of a disk, and this flywheel body 101 is provided with a plurality of guide grooves 102 extending radially from the center and having the spiral shape inclined gradually toward the rear in the rotating direction (A1 direction in the Fig.). Inside the guide grooves 102, a movable spherical body 103, which is a movable member for changing an inertial moment of the flywheel 100 according to the rotation number of the flywheel 100, is arranged.
